A ADRIMAG promoveu entre 10 e 16 de Outubro de 2010 em Sever de Vouga o workshop, que contou com as presenças de  13 participantes, oriundos de 9 países europeus.

 

O workshop permitiu aos participantes aumentar os seus conhecimentos/competências, aumentar o espírito de team building (também proporcionado pelo contacto com a Natureza proporcionado pela Quinta do Engenho http://quintadoengenho.blogspot.com, onde estiveram alojados e onde se realizaram as actividades), partilhar conhecimentos e o contexto de diferentes regiões europeias, nomeadamente gastronomia, valores e costumes, aperfeiçoar as metodologias desenvolvidas ao nível de balanço de competências e aplicar dinâmicas outdoor em contexto de aprendizagem de adultos.

 

Os participantes ao longo da semana mostraram-se muito motivados e empenhados na realização das actividades o que permitiu alcançar de forma bastante satisfatória os resultados-chave que a organização se propôs alcançar.

 

Para a ADRIMAG a realização do workshop permitiu fortalecer/ desenvolver os contactos com potenciais parceiros em projectos transnacionais, conhecer o contexto das organizações em que estão inseridos os participantes e promover a troca de ideias para implementação de futuros projectos, aumentando assim a troca de experiências no espaço europeu.

 

A realização do workshop no município de Sever do Vouga permitiu à comunidade local ter contacto com pessoas de diferentes espaços europeus, colocar em prática a sua hospitalidade e mostrar além fronteiras a gastronomia, os valores, o artesanato. A comunidade local poderá beneficiar futuramente através do aumento do número de turistas a procurar a região, uma vez que os participantes tiveram oportunidade de usufruir do contacto com a natureza e conhecer um pouco da realidade do município e da região.

The ADRIMAG promoted, between 10 and 16 October 2010, in Sever do Vouga the workshop "Assessment of skills trough experiential learning and Outdoor Activities, " which was attended by 13 participants from 9 European countries.
The workshop allowed participants in order to increase their knowledge / skills, enhance the spirit of team building (by the contact with nature provided by Quinta do http://quintadoengenho.blogspot.com Mill, where they were housed and where they performed the activities ), share some knowledge and context of different European regions, including food, customs and values, improve the methodologies developed in the context of adult’s competencies and implement dynamic billboard in the context of adult learning.

The Participants during the week were very motivated and committed in carrying out the activities that were achieved, as well the key results that  the organization set out to achieve.

For ADRIMAG, the workshop allowed strengthen / develop contacts with potential partners in transnational projects, knowing the context of the organizations in which they fit the participants and promote the exchange of ideas for implementation of future projects, thereby increasing the exchange of experiences in Europe.

The workshop, in Sever do Vouga municipality, allowed the local community to have contact with people from different European spaces, show their hospitality, the cuisine beyond borders, figures, crafts. The local community could benefit in the future by increasing the number of tourists to discover the region, since the participants had the opportunity to enjoy the contact with nature and learn a little about the reality of the city and the region.
